Property inspection is an integral part of the buying process in case of new home construction, resale of a home, condominium, or for a multi-unit investor or commercial buyer. Along with pointing out the shortcomings of the property, the inspections should highlight the positive attributes as well. It’s because we believe that value that is added is a bonus to the buyer. We do not charge extra for Low-E window orientation, moisture testing, or infrared thermal imaging, even if infrared shows indications of concern.
Rather than inspecting the roof from our vehicle with binoculars or climbing on the roof’s edge with a ladder, we do a physical walk on the top. If walking is not possible, we use a drone to survey the roof (if the conditions are suitable).
