PLUMBING SYSTEM

We thoroughly check the plumbing system of the house. We check all pipes and drainage system for leaks, blockages or pipe bursts. We also check all water based appliances to ensure they are in working order.

EXTERIOR

We check the exterior components of the house like the wall covering material, siding, flashing, grading, garage and other structural components present on the exterior.

FOUNDATION & OTHER STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

The condition of foundation and other structural components like walls, attic, ceiling and basement is assessed. They are checked for leaks, cracks, presence of moisture or any other sign of damage.

Inspection Worker

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

We inspect the electrical system to identify any exposed wires, blown fuses, outdated circuit breakers, potential fire hazards etc. We check if all outlets are grounded and all electrics are working properly.

HVAC

Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is thoroughly checked to ensure that everything is in working order, and all components and parts are functioning properly.

ROOF

We check the structural strength and integrity of the roof. We assess its condition, expected useful life and serif needs a replacement. We also look for signs of damage like missing flashing, leaks, cracks, loose shingles, dampness etc.
